I had such a great time staying at this hotel! It is right in the heart of everything, surrounded by transport options, shops, restaurants, pubs, and clubs. The rooms were basic but nice, providing a quiet and comfortable bed in a very clean and comfortable environment. The only downside was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Location
9.0
The location of the hotel was fantastic, being close to everything in town. It was easy to navigate, right next door to a Wetherspoons, and just a short distance from the city center. It really offered great value for the price paid.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience offered some variety with cafes and shops like Sainsbury and Tesco nearby. However, the continental breakfast was a bit overpriced for what it provided, and not including breakfast in the stay was a drawback.

The hotel is a decent choice for a short stay, with somewhat cramped rooms but manageable for a night or two. A slight inconvenience with an extra charge for early check-in. Service was mostly welcoming and efficient, although encountered a staff member who handled complaints poorly. The location is convenient but has extra charges for WiFi and an early check-out. Dining options are varied nearby. Overall, a satisfactory stay for a brief visit.
Rooms

The rooms weren't the most spacious, but not too bad for a night or two. Had to pay £10 for early check-in, which was a bit of a downside.

The hotel was very tiny and quite claustrophobic for three people and had a fusty smell. Both lifts were broken, making the top floor a challenging stay. The staff was polite and accommodating, but had some issues with room bookings. The location is ideal for exploring the city, but it's frustrating to pay for WiFi and TV. The dining experience was average with limited options but access to nearby cafes and shops. The price was reasonable overall.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were smaller than expected, but they did have good beds and a nice shower/toilet. The room also had a fridge, microwave, and cutlery, which was convenient. However, the lack of windows was a downside.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms, though smaller than they appear online, were equipped with good beds and a nice shower/toilet. Having a fridge, microwave, and cutlery was a plus.
Service
6.0
The service was a bit hit and miss. While some staff members were very nice and helpful, there were instances where basic requests were forgotten and met with an attitude when reminded. Overall, the receptionist was superb.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent for easy access to different places in the city center. It's ideal for those not wanting to travel far from the main train station or wanting to be close to Sheffield City Centre. It's also very close to the Leadmill and the O2 Academy.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was a bit underwhelming. The continental breakfast in a box seemed pricey for what was offered, especially considering there was no breakfast included. Not the best value for money.
Facilities

7.6/10
My stay at the hotel was everything I needed, and I was especially impressed with the bathroom. The service, though a bit rude initially, improved when I approached them, and they went out of their way to rectify things efficiently. The location, fantastic with proximity to bars, restaurants, and the O2 Academy, could benefit from back access. The dining experience, while offering continental options, wasn't exceptional, but nearby options like Greggs compensated. Overall, a fantastic price for a great new hotel in the city center.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were compact and lacked windows, but this actually helped me sleep better in complete darkness. The space was tight for two people, but it was manageable for me. The location was central and convenient for exploring the city, making it a good value for the price paid. The dining options were limited, with only continental breakfast available in-room.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms were small with limited maneuvering space around the bed, suitable for placing suitcases. Lack of windows was not an issue for me as it aided in better sleep due to complete darkness.

6.4/10
The hotel had rooms that felt too small, making it hard to move around due to the space taken up by the bed. The keycards weren't required during the daytime, which was convenient but unexpected. The room lacking a window was disappointing, and this sentiment carried over to other aspects of the hotel.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms were quite cramped, particularly due to the bed occupying most of the space.
Service
5.0
The service was a mix; some staff were really nice and attentive, while others were terrible and even made racial slurs against my partner.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, close to the city center and tram stops, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms, although incredibly small, are suitable for a short stay, but may not provide ample space for two people. While the WiFi and TV incur extra charges, the basic amenities and presence of black mold in the shower can be drawbacks. However, the hotel's central location provides quick access to the city's attractions and public transportation.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms are extremely small and basic, but suitable for a short stay in the town center. I did notice some cleanliness issues, like finding a used ice cream stick left in our room.
Service
7.0
The staff were helpful in addressing our concerns and tried to resolve any issues we had during our stay. However, there was an incident where my property was mistakenly taken from the room while I was still checked in.
Location
8.0
The location is great for accessing the city center and O2 Arena with tram stops conveniently located nearby. However, it is unfortunate that there is no parking available, and the area can sometimes be unsafe with the presence of intoxicated individuals.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were limited, and the continental breakfast provided in a box was not very impressive. However, there are other dining options and stores like Sainsbury and Tesco nearby for convenience.
