I liked that the location was convenient, very close to both ponds forge and the train station. A kfc was conveniently next door. This helped with late-night cravings. It was my third visit in six weeks. This shows consistency.

My room was very small, with no space to put my suitcase. Paying around £80 a night for such a small room feels quite expensive. Checkout was at 10:00, and charging £5 for storing a small suitcase felt inappropriate.

The room was quite small. There was no wardrobe. The check-out time at 10 am was annoying. I felt rushed. I returned to pick up my bag after sightseeing, but the receptionist was missing! There was no one available to help me. The receptionist finally looked two minutes before my coach was scheduled to depart!
